Happy 4th of July
Nate and I went to the Real Salt Lake soccer game for our 4th of July celebration. It was so much fun to tag along with the Berrys. Nothing better than a soccer game, great friends and great food. Thanks again for the invite! Watching the game made me miss playing so much! I think Nate got a little tired of me talking his ear off with every play or bad call. It was a great game - lots of scoring. This is something we will definitely do again!

We're Expecting
Nate and I have finally been blessed with a sweet littlte baby growing inside of me! I am 11 weeks along and we had our third ultrasound yesterday. The baby's heartbeat is strong as can be. He/She was bouncing all around in there and we couldn't help but laugh. Is this a sign of things to come? :) We just can't believe that this is real and finally happening. We know that this little baby is a complete miracle and we count our blessings everyday.
We can't wait for this little baby to get here and November can't come soon enough. Bring on the barfing, sleepless nights, stretch marks, belly bands, and all the other wonderful/horrible things pregnancy has to offer. I'll take it!

House Update
Home Sweet Home - Nate and I have been very busy trying to get our house together in the few free Saturdays we actually have. Even though we have a long way to go, we definitely have made progress. It is coming together and we love it. Enjoy. :)
This is our "Fall View" - Beautiful.

Crib - not set on specific gender - just loved the fabric. :)

Nursery.

Confessions of a Shopaholic
Hi, my name is Linley and I may or may not be a shopaholic. Furnishing a house is expensive I tell you and lately I have been getting a lot of email confirmations saying, THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER - YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. It is amazing what an email like that can do for the mood. Am I filling a void? Probably. Happy Shopping!

Toscana at Highland

So here is the townhouse project that we just had in the Parade of Homes. They are in the Highland/Alpine (what Gary Quinn Gooch often refers to as "up on the hill") area and are just cute as a button. Just wanted you all to know what we've been working on for 80 hours a week for the last 6 months. These things are selling like hot cakes (which we sincerely feel fortunate about considering the economy). So now if you have any friends or family that would be interested in them please just tell them that Nate says, "Red Rover, Red Rover, send (you fill in the blank) right over!" and we'll be happy to sell them a place to hang their hat and call their own. These little bad oscars start at $179,900 for our smallest unit (the A unit) and go up to $209,900 for our largest unit (it's real name is the D Unit but I like to call it the G Unit). The best part of the Parade was what we "slipped in" the Parade magazine in the "About Builder:" section about our company (Flagship Homes). You can read this quote right from the magazine, "Flagship Homes builds homes for the American working family because that's who they are and that's who they care about." For those of you that really know and love me you will know right where this came from. I love you all and to all a good night. Now if Linley could just post a couple pictures of our little home I'm sure you'd all just be as content as can be.
Love Nate
