Toscana at Highland

So here is the townhouse project that we just had in the Parade of Homes. They are in the Highland/Alpine (what Gary Quinn Gooch often refers to as "up on the hill") area and are just cute as a button. Just wanted you all to know what we've been working on for 80 hours a week for the last 6 months. These things are selling like hot cakes (which we sincerely feel fortunate about considering the economy). So now if you have any friends or family that would be interested in them please just tell them that Nate says, "Red Rover, Red Rover, send (you fill in the blank) right over!" and we'll be happy to sell them a place to hang their hat and call their own. These little bad oscars start at $179,900 for our smallest unit (the A unit) and go up to $209,900 for our largest unit (it's real name is the D Unit but I like to call it the G Unit).
The best part of the Parade was what we "slipped in" the Parade magazine in the "About Builder:" section about our company (Flagship Homes). You can read this quote right from the magazine, "Flagship Homes builds homes for the American working family because that's who they are and that's who they care about." For those of you that really know and love me you will know right where this came from. I love you all and to all a good night. Now if Linley could just post a couple pictures of our little home I'm sure you'd all just be as content as can be.
Love Nate
